Once you have received your smart card, please check if it is already linked to your profile. To do this, simply scan the QR code on your card. If your profile doesn’t open, it means the card is not yet linked.
Follow these steps to link your card:
Use the TAC app to log into your account.
Navigate to the 'My Cards' section.
Select 'Associate My Card'.
Use your mobile phone's camera to scan the QR code on your smart card. Ensure the camera is focused on the QR code.
